Country Manager
Adam Williamson stepped into the role of UK Country Manager at the end of 2025, bringing over 16 years of experience at Exclusive Networks to the position. His deep understanding of the organisation and the cybersecurity distribution landscape shapes his vision for evolving the UK business to ensure it is positioned for growth. Adam is focused on transforming the company’s service offerings - including professional services, training, support, managed services, and value-added programmes - to deliver a more integrated and comprehensive customer experience.
Graham Aynsley
UK&I Director of Commercial and Operations
Graham joined Exclusive Networks in 2013 as Commercial Director following 8 successful years with Integralis/NTT Com Security, during which time he successfully completed an Exec MBA from Warwick Business School.
He brings with him 25 years of international experience within finance and commercial operations including financial management at Societe Generale based in Australia. This followed senior management roles in the City of London with Tullett Prebon, and UBS.
Graham is responsible for both the Finance and Operation departments at Exclusive Networks UK, reprising his role as F&O Director at NTT Com Security.
Neil Brosnan
UK&I Vendor Alliances Director
Neil Brosnan is an IT industry professional with 25+ years of experience across distribution, vendor and reseller environments. Known for building strong vendor relationships, driving sales growth and expanding channel ecosystems, Neil has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and enabling long-term partner success. During his time at Exclusive Networks, Neil has led teams managing several strategic vendors and, for the past five years, has headed the Fortinet Business Unit, helping to strengthen its market presence and deliver consistent year-on-year growth. His ability to balance commercial insight with collaborative leadership has made him a key contributor to the company’s vendor strategy. In January 2026, Neil took on the role of Vendor Alliances Director for the UK&I, where he now leads the vendor strategy, oversees key alliances and ensures that Exclusive Networks continues to deliver value and scale across its multi-vendor ecosystem. Outside of work, Neil enjoys golf, football and music, and he also performs as a part-time DJ - bringing the same passion and energy to his personal interests as he does to his professional career.
Kate Harbon
UK&I Finance Director
Kate Harbon is the UK&I Finance Director at Exclusive Networks, leading the FP&A function and supporting strategic decision-making across the region. With over 25 years of experience across industries including accountancy practice, aviation and several others, she brings strong financial expertise and a practical, collaborative approach to the role. She oversees budgeting, forecasting and reporting, working closely with Global and Regional senior leadership to guide performance and growth. Outside of work, Kate and her husband, Tom, keep busy supporting their children - Harry and Tabitha - across football, cricket, rugby and gymnastics.
Elizabeth Berry
Head of Marketing, UK&I
Elizabeth Berry is the Head of Marketing for the UK&I at Exclusive Networks, where she leads the marketing strategy and ensures close alignment between sales and marketing to deliver measurable, KPI-driven outcomes. With more than 15 years of B2B marketing experience across global and EMEA roles, Elizabeth brings strong strategic insight and a commercial mindset to the UK&I organisation. At Exclusive Networks, Elizabeth has managed a broad portfolio of leading cybersecurity vendors - including Palo Alto Networks - delivering partner-focused programmes that strengthen market presence and drive revenue growth. She leads and develops a team of high-performing channel marketers, fostering a culture built around creativity, accountability and execution excellence. Under her leadership, the marketing function continues to deliver impactful, partner-centric campaigns that support the company’s position within the cybersecurity ecosystem. Life outside of work is just as busy with four children Leo, Alvin, Eila and Allan.
James Aimes
UK&I Technical Services Director
James Amies is the UK Technical Services Director at Exclusive Networks, bringing over 30 years of experience in the UK channel, where he has developed and managed multi-vendor ecosystems across enterprise and service provider environments. With deep expertise in SD-WAN, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), IT outsourcing and enterprise IT design, James oversees solution design and service delivery to ensure that infrastructure and cyber services align with customer outcomes, regulatory requirements and long-term business strategy. Known for his pragmatic and collaborative leadership style, James combines strong technical governance with a customer-first mindset, enabling teams to deliver secure, scalable and future-ready enterprise solutions.
Ellie Parker
UK Human Resources Manager
Ellie Parker leads the UK & Ireland HR function, shaping and delivering a people strategy that reflects Exclusive Networks’ culture, values, and commitment to developing talent. Since joining the business in January 2017 as an HR Administrator, Ellie has progressed through the organisation by championing employee experience, supporting leadership teams, and strengthening the company’s HR capabilities. In her role, Ellie drives initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace and ensure that teams are equipped, engaged, and aligned with the wider business strategy. Her approach combines operational expertise with a genuine passion for people development and cultural excellence. Outside of work, Ellie is a semi-professional footballer, playing as a goalkeeper, and also represents the England National Team in Beach Soccer, bringing the same discipline, teamwork, and resilience to her professional career.
